Please help with this boy eye not looking ahead

Hi,
A friend asked if I could edit this boy eyes so that he looks straight ahead. I tried but it's been hours of frustration. If someone could please edit, I would greatly appreciate it.

If you could post a larger version it would be easier to see the problem and figure out a solution.....the image you have posted now is very small.

I would probably use the sisters eyes... copy, paste, free transform

Image resolution is very low here so its difficult to correct the look of the girl. It would best if you may have another photo of her, looking straight. Then just the use of patch tool would have enough!
