i'm in love with the work of Jean Noir, a amazing photographer, his photos are very beautiful.
I would like to know, how create this render?

I have download 3D lut creator, but i don't find where i load the .cube?
Do you want the RAW for a better retouch?

You don't need 3d lut creator. You load it in Photoshop

Seeing as this is a learning Forum...... I, and probably many others, would also like to know, how you created this render. A detailed explanation of your process to achieve such remarkable results would be extremely helpful and beneficial to the Forum.... Please share.

Also, I would like to know how to load the '.cube' into Photoshop... I'm working on an old computer with not enough memory for 3D

3D elements requires less memory. They just store a set of vertex coordinates. It's also not what you think of as 3D. Photoshop added LUT support with CS5 or CS6. If you have it, download the cube map,

layer ->new adjustment layer -> color lookup

On the properties panel, select "Load 3D LUT". Select the LUT file from wherever it is referenced in your file system. Click open. Done.

I just removed parasitic colors, colored neutrals blue, and highlights green. And desaturated reds. Saved corrections as 3d lut. Lut was made from provided jpeg, and may act different for RAW file or other from sRGB color space.

It depends what you're doing. If it takes up that much memory, you're probably loading something with a very high level of tessellation using some kind of raytracer and possibly very high resolution textures. That does not describe all of 3D. In fact REYES/Renderman type systems are quite efficient on ram. I know they're going out of style, but your point applies to a subset here rather than just loading a few shapes.

My other point was obviously that an LUT may involve a set of 3 dimensional vectors, but it has nothing to do with 3D rendering.

prolly an ID-10-T problem 'cause I know Not what I do

Using.... or rather trying to use, Photoshop CC 2015, but like I said before... can't do anything in 3D because of no memory and no 3D capabilities built into my memory cards on this very basic laptop from 2009.

Not to worry.... I'm having fun anyway and tis a hobby not a job.... heck I'm still trying to figure out how to work my Android phone.... is there an APP for that? (jk)

Yeppers.... Just verified, I had an ID-10-T User problem
