old photo retouch

hi i want to ask this i know that there is a thread like this in the forum here but i just cant find it . Please just post me to the right thread thank you.

The forum thread im looking for is that i haev this old photo that have brown stains now since its like 14 years or so and i would like to retouch that colored photo that became brownish so those browns will not appear. Thanks! i dont think it became sepia like. Thanks for reading this
