I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this but it was the closest i could find.
Anyway, my problem is that my brushes have turned to a oblong shape in photoshop instead of round. Does anyone know where i go to correct this problem.
Thank you if anyone can help

What version of PhotoShop are you using?
In some versions of PhotoShop (i.e. PhotoShop 5), double clicking on a brush allows you to change the roundness. When you make adjustments by double clicking the brush, it changes that brush in your brushes palette as well. If you want to make a new brush without changing an existing brush, choose New Brush from the palette flyout menu.

Have your tried just resetting your brushes?

I use PhotoShop CS, so I'm not sure how accurate this will be for other versions:

On the brush pallet, click the right arrow to access the options, then click Reset Brushes. Note this will restore the orignial brushes and delete any brushes you have changed, created or added.

Can anyone tell me in which of PS CS2's brush collections I would find the "Spatter Brush". (Note: I said Spatter not Splatter). Mine doesn't seem to have it

Its possible to organize brushes into subdirectories? Lets say I have brushes for smoke and I want to have them in separate folder for better orientation.

Deleting Brushes from the flyout menu

        Hi all!

After having PSE for a few years I took the plunge and purchased PS CS2. I copied my collection of brushes from PSE to the presets file for brushes in PS, and they were in one large file. This proved to be unwieldy in PS, as the flyout menu couldn't list them all. (I have several...

        Creating brush tip... how?
        by pjstaley
I saw in someones palette a brush that was not the typical hard round and soft round that is default to photoshop. It began as quite small, then progressively got wider. How was that brush created, or is it a default brush in photoshop? If so, did they put it in an obscure folder somewhere on the disk...

Thanks to reply my previous posts for D & B technique, Now I'm very well in that.

I seen somewhere i.e. DevianArt that they use brushes to make some realistic parts of the face like Hair, Eyebrow, Eyelashes, Lips etc. etc.

        I've downloaded some brushes...
