Annie Lennox photo art

Some of you may remember Annie Lennox for her music a few decades ago. Apparently she's developed an interest in photography since then.

She's got kaleidoscope eyes! Some of those collages are quite good, others not.

OK I'm not a art critic but that stuff is crap. Would any of that stuff be on the wall of a gallery if the so called artist was not known? No I don't think so. I think maybe this is a early April Fools joke.

So she discovered the kaleidoscope filter. lol

I shouldn't judge though; I like the kaleidoscope filter too; it's just that I will never get an exhibition of my madness. lol

I'm in general agreement with the observations so far, but I'll bet she laughs all the way to the bank nonetheless.

I think the trick is to "get famous [and be liked] for some other reason," then your art (in whatever form) will become an extension of that fame and have more value than if produced by a nobody.

Had these been discovered as long, lost works of, say, John Lennon, think of the asking prices.

In any event it's another case of "eye of the beholder" -- and the person writing the check (or cheque).
