I just wrote a review for AmpliTube 3 for iPad (the guitar amp emulator) and did a photo of my guitar with the iPad, headphones and wires with an iPhone 5C to illustrate the piece.
The background is the foam "booty" that protects repaired iMacs when you leave the Apple Store. Lighting was a fluorescent work lamp. I used Topaz Adjust to give the photo that "illustrative" quality.
