    dredging the archives again.....

I first adjusted contrast (flattened a bit) and then colors (increased saturation).

Next, I applied PaintEngine: Soft Mosaic a few times.

    Viola!

In some cases (like this one) "Dredging is good!"

I had to dust off PE and check out that setting. It was one I hadn't tried before. I like it a lot! Sure works nice on this pic.

So I started messing with it...

Then I started tweaking PE results further with Impressionist. I've been playing for the past 45 minutes and it's all your fault, Jeff. Thank you!

Anyone know what she is selling. Looks like it could be apples, oranges, maybe pears. Doesn't really matter, I guess.

A fun photo to work on... thanks!

Did some color shifting to get more color into the fruit, t-shirt and sari.

                Various textures and blendings.

I didn't realise how old this thread was but never mind, I worked on this image as I liked it and I wanted to post my version so here goes... someone may see it!

It doesn't matter that it's an old thread Kim, paint any of them you like. This is lovely, I really like the soft blue color.

Thanks for the compliment Jordan. It looks like I have given new life to an old thread, well deserved too as this is a lovely image to paint.
