Okay everyone I will admit I have no experience in art in any manner and decided to give this smudge painting a try. My wife and lots of other people loved it so just wanted to see what everyone thought.

tip: i would of cloned the hair out under the glove

the background is good, the face is good and the hair is good, but i dont see much treatment on her arms or gloves, etc. however, if your wife and lots of other people loved it, then ya done good

Anyone know of someone who teaches smudge painting online classes (or sells good DVDS)? Off nursing a knee injury (nothing too scarry) and have time to learn something new and always wanted to try this.
