It's so nice to do a witch when it isn't October. I enjoyed looking at everyone's interpretations, here's mine
Anyway, just got Fractalius so I'm having fun just playing around with it. The witchy-poo seemed a likely subject.
Both done with multiple blended layers, Hue/sat change and first one a texture overlay.
