  • Green Screen Color Cast Removal

I have about 100 photos that I need to cut the subject out of the background. The photographer used a green screen which wasn't even in tones. My problem is getting the color cast out of hair, particular blonde hair. I asked them not to use the green screen but they insisted. Is there a quick method to doing this? I use the latest version of Photoshop. I know enough about Photoshop to be dangerous. lol

      Hey folks,

One thing I have noticed over the past several months, are the numerous ways people work with green screen (Chroma key) compositing; channels, color select, 3rd party software, by hand etc.

What I though might be fun, is for everyone who is interested to grab...

It's been a while since I've been on here.

I consider myself an semi-advanced Photoshop user but I'm stumped on this simple little task! I just had the chance to shoot some pictures on a chroma key (blue) backdrop and I'm having a heck of time...

Looking for some help to re-create the following look. I am wondering what is the best way to create the color cast below. I have tried various methods to reduce the red but without much success. In addition to the color cast, it looks like the photo has been sharpen (hair). Perhaps a little overall...

      Hey all.

I have about 7 years' casual experience with using Photoshop to touch up and restore pictures, but this one's just stumping me. My usual bag of tricks aren't working, so I thought I'd pose it to some experts to see if you have any suggestions for me.

      I'm trying...

I've just started trying out green screen background portraits and I am unsatisfied with the approaches available in CS3. Has anyone tried any of the other plugins or stand-alones (such as Vertus FluidMask 3) and what's the consensus as to the best way to easily knockout a green screen? The tools in...
