As you can see this photo has white speckles all over...
My first instinct is to get out the healing and patch tool and start digging in...
However, I am here to ask if there is a faster more efficient way?
Can anyone advise me... and if there is a better...

I have been using photoshop to try and fix this old photo. As you can see, the original was in pretty bad shape, but even after trying to fix the scratches, I can't seem to find a way to smooth the skin out. Any advice will be great appreciated.

So far I've changed them to grayscale, run a decrack action which hasn't helped very much, used a levels adjustment.
