  • Can't get proportions right

My husband has a fun feature on his phone that picks the best face in a series of photos. Unfortunately his phone didn't even recognize my sweet baby's face as a face and mishmashed her face together from the series of photos. I've tried bringing facial features up and down, but it's just not looking right. I'm not sure if I should leave her with a giant forehead or bring in the colors around her. Any ideas?

This happens a lot. Most of the time on a cell phone.

Her forehead, though larger here, looks right and more like her actual appearance. Now I know what direction to head in - thanks!!!

A friend of mine asked if I could repair this ohoto of her dad.The super imposed face is not wanted, only the main character.A photographer charged her to reproduce this photo from the originals, which were destroyed by a fire.I've tried all types of experiments: different channels, layer adjustments,layer...

Anyone have a suggestion on how the get rid of the -for lack of better term' reverse dimple on the right side of face? I have tried healing, and cloning, but nothing looks natural.

              Thanks

I really need to get some feed back on what I'm doing. I only have very small files to work with right now, so it's affecting the quality, but I need some feed back. I know in this one the step wedged transitions need to be fixed and the shadow on her forehead, but other than that ... what's working...

Were Photos In New Yorker Altered? Need guidance

You may have read the New Yorker article about the retoucher of models, Pascal Dangin.

My question concerns the photos the New Yorker included in the piece, to show his skill. They can be seen here:
