I created this action to quickly remove spots from restorations based upon techniques from ratpat13, mistermonday, and Katrin Eismann's Photoshop Restoration and Retouching. It uses the Dust and Scratches filter to create customized layers to deal with light and dark spots, then uses the Frequency Separation technique to create a mask to isolate the spots.
It's the first time I've built an action specifically to share so please let me know if it has any problems.
