Photo restoration and animation for a documentary

Hi,
I am currently working on old pictures that I need to restore and animate in 10 sec clips. The restoration is pretty simple, just some scratches and spots. After these are corrected I proceed to separate the element of the picture and I bring my psd file in After Effects to add a simple camera mouvement to give the impression of depth. These videos will be used in a documentary.

How much would you charge for this project ?
