PS education - videos or cd

I just hired a girl to help us with our digital workflow. We photograph about 250 high school seniors during the summer.

She has some PS experience but it is limited. She is motivated though. I want to buy her a CD or Video (s) on the type of facial retouch needed for teens (high school seniors) but I don't want a video that trys to cover the 30,000 things you can do in PS. I need specific training for her.

Anybody have any suggestions?

They may go into more depth and cover more topics / methods than you're looking for, but are definitely not a rehash of The Photoshop Bible cover-to-cover. The good news: She might pick up some skills useful in other areas of your business.
