thanks, but I think most of us have got that covered since BYRO has his degrunge tool tutorial...he sharpens with hp-layer on linear light blend mode...

This is a great forum I havent used for a while.
Can anyone tell me who Invented First came up with or first published the tip on Sharpening using HighPass.I have been told it was a mag called Design Graphics back in 1997.

Yes we all know the Highpass method is probably the best but who came up with this tip??When ??
Did someone go through all the filters and all the layer options to discover this method.
