Compensation: I prefer a per image rate.
Details: I've started a new company in addition to my 20 year career as a photographer www.atomicdigitalcapture.com.
I'm looking for digital techs, traditional retouchers and digital composters based in Los Angeles!
I'm not looking for an intern, rather a real Photoshop guru that will help in creating new looks and visions along with me. And you must have the images to back that up when contacting me.
Much of this work is celebrity, so no before and afters for your port unless permission is granted by the publicist and myself. If the work is non celebrity ie; fashion / beauty you can do all the before and afters you want!
Rates must be reasonable and flexible as there is no money in editorial but plenty in advertising. Let's take it one job at a time.
