For the colour images, I think a duplicate layer turned to black and white and then set to multiply at about 60-80%. The b&w images could have been processed a variety of ways, from a b&w adjustment layer to a channel mixer layer or perhaps even a plugin like silver efex - who knows? A million and one ways to achieve it really.
