Torn skin

Hi

I am working on the below composite. Any ideas on how to improve it?

N.B. The composite has a picture of a guy with an open flesh wound so I thought I'd warn anyone who does not want to see that kind of thing.

Thanks for checking the thread out...i am wondering how this particular look is achieved, i LOVE the texture of her skin....that pimply dewy look? I know there are the 'usual' tutorials floating about but is this type of skin work those...
