How to get this look

Hi there! Throwing in my first post on the forum. I am looking for a way to get this look in my pictures. I know the lighting setup and that it is made with phase one camera. Is the effect made by color toning/ curves or is it more to the eye? I would love to see your opinion.

Looks straight out of camera to me, apart from maybe reducing the saturation by 20 or so.

dark background, dark clothing, probably butterfly lighting, reduce saturation or red/yellows in post..

But looking at the following picture, isn't there any colorcorrection or toning done? It almost looks like its painted. I find it hard to believe that this is "straight out of camera"

The skin tones are exactly where they should be and clothes and background are almost neutral. No signs of toning or anything. Actually, it looks too good to be true, probably that's why you think there was some hard color correcting. With Phase One, or any other medium format camera, it's pretty straight out of the camera as long as you do proper white balance and lens cast correction (LCC).
