Quick & dirty way of retouch - pls help

Hi there,

one of my potential clients asked for exact same results like one this site - www.lixano.de i'm not really familiar with that way of retouch. I know only from owner that this workflow is mostly automated and fast - some kind of actions or plugins are used and i've found that pretty tricky to find right one. I've tried Portraiture, Color Effex, and dozen of actions. Especially interesting is fact that skin is seamless and spotless but highlights, shadows and edges are good preserved

If someone could help or give any tips i would be very thankful

Various ways to do it: Portraiture, Inverted HighPass, Bandstop, etc. But if I had to guess how they did it, I'd say healing brush, followed by Portraiture, followed by Soft Light carving.
