Its easy to see how much attention to detail was put into this retouching. I really like the overall effect. I saw that you removed all stray hairs on the sides of the head. Not sure if it is a custom to remove the hairs from the forehead as well - you didn't.
I hope that some day i will be able to achieve similar results, because ur work is top notch. If i can make a suggestion - the highlights on the chin stand out a lot. Perhaps some little grading on the edges would be suitable. -
