    Two quick methods to get you close:

    1. Fill a new layer with 000033 and set the blend mode to Exclusion.

    or

    2. Make a Selective Colour adjustment layer. Choose "Black" in the colour drop down and set Cyan -5%, Magenta +5%, Yellow -25%

    //

    Knowing RetouchPro, someone else will probably be along soon to write a 3000 word post about how 'you don't understand the nature of the problem, man' and that 'this colour is all about sampling the CMYK inverse gamma black point quantum luminosity curve channel mask', but my method will take you to within 10m of the target without pain.

      Man you just don't know the nature of the problem it's all about sampling the cmyk come on! lol just kidding I agree with oneredpanther best way to get you close

        That brings it pretty close.

          Yeah yeah... that would probably be one of mine, just without the contrived methodology. I always write about theory, not something silly like luminosity. There's nothing that specifically makes luminosity blending align with the laws of physics, but I still like my 3000 word posts damn you.

              Love it, I would just add a round trip to L*A*B and back, for the heck of it...
