Make the color picture the way you want
Next layer turn it to a B&W.
Back
off the B&W to the shade you want.
Add some contrast.

Hello Guys

Now i need your help :-) I am more into Photographing than into retouch, and therefore i need some help :-)

I have been asked by my boss to take som need personel Photos (90-100)and he has seen a Photo style on the internet that he would like to copy.

As said, i am not that strong in editing, so could some one make a preset that could make the the female images look lige the picture called "master" :-)

Hoping someone can help me :-)
