I think Birand has his own retouchers in house, probably doing most if not all his editorial work.

I've seen Camilla Akrans and Tom Munro listed as clients at Impact Digital, but I also see them listed at other studios and even a few independent retouchers, so they might not use one single retouching vendor.

This is all just based on a quick google search though, so don't take my word for gospel.
