How to get a professional look?

Hey guys, iam new at retouching, at the moment i just work with Lightroom 5 and went to change to Photoshop CS 5 now.

How i get a professional and brilliant look? What i have to do, where i can find good tutorials?

Maybe someone can help me It would be glad to increase my skills as fast as possible.

First, read the photoshop manual, there is one to be downloaded for free at adobe site in PDF.

Then, go for Gry Garness, Natalia Taffarel, Krunoslav Stifter, Linda, Russel Brown and don't forget Retouch Pro. Videos here are really worth the watch, but are more for "getting into the mind of the artist", so don't get into them before you learn the basics.
