Hi everyone, i'm a new user of retouchpro! I would like to know your opinion about this "effect". I like the skin tone of the man on the right and the colors in general. Have you any idea about to get this look? Thanks
I like using the word "grading" regarding this shot because it's a classic teal-and-orange blockbuster look without much orange - effectively it's much cooler.
There's a million ways to do this but I'd say judging by the shadows and raised black point you can do it with a deep blue/green (somewhere in between) gradient map. That way you can flood the midtones all the way down to deepest shadows with your colour cast as seen on the mentioned picture.
