How can I achieve these skin tones and color?

I've been obsessing all over these images of an argentinian photographer. By seeing his photos I can tell he almost always uses the same retouching technique in his images.

I love the skin tones (the highlights are almost white and the shadows like a copper tone) and love the 'drawing-like' contrast of the pictures and also the high-end editorial tones.

Does anybody knows how can I make my photos look like these pictures in Lightroom or Photoshop?

Short answer would be Dodge an burn, which is shading, that's what gives it the graphic quality. It takes months of pracitce to be decent, and years of experience to master. It's basically painting with light and dark, and can result in indefinite number of looks, not just this one. Also cloning, healing, transforming, masking, color adjustments.
