Are there any other good DVDs worth watching similar to Erik Almas' where they show the post processing too?

They all seem like a waste of money to me, because past a rudimentary level you are likely to need some kind of feedback with things that are very specific to retouching. With stuff not directly tied to retouching but more general skills of composition, understanding lighting, etc. there are better ways to approach those areas.
