light flare on skin

i am wondering if anyone has any easy ways to fix flash on skin I took the pic thinking it would be easy but I am new to photoshop thanks

There is no easy way simply because it require practice. Technique is called dodge and burn, and painting on new layer set to color mode in photoshop.

It's a great fun to learn the program, but if you don't want to, as I see this is a family portrait, I advise you to pay someone 20$ or so to fix it.
