Need help removing double chin in this photo

Can someone edit my double chin out of this photo for me? I'm pretty thin, but this photo was just taken from a bad angle. However, I otherwise love the photo, so it would be great if it could be fixed. I use the liquify tool in PS. Use the Pucker tool and a small brush. Doing this with the mesh loaded works well.

On another note... Iam new to this site and want to know where I go to post a new thread?

I'm having a horrific time trying to get rid of terrible sun glare on wedding photos. I have tried graduated/radial filter and adj. brush in LR. I have also tried all sorts of hue, sat, highlights, shadows contrast etc... in ps without success.

I dropped the image into camera raw and used the HSL sliders to lower the saturation of blue and also lower the luminance of blue which is prominent in the flare.
