Well there a a zillion resources out there. Its a complicated and fascinating program for sure. For the basics I would recommend a "course" For more advanced user there are specific areas you can study with books by many and web sites like Kelby One, or Lynda.com. Right here is a great place to deal with specific problems. A good book that I found useful for covering the entire application is "Photoshop CS6 the missing Manual.

Actually, I'm making tutorials based on my learning experience, and just want to know what people consider good or useful.

Right now I'm making a very in depth set of tutorials covering all the different dodge and burn methods. I don't think all of these have been covered properly in a single place.

@Skoobey: It really depends on which audience you would like to target, beginners, intermediate or advanced users.

If you are going to cover a single subject like D&B, e.g. Then you have to let the reader know at what stage of the edit process a particular "process" is being used.
Like when do we perform Sharpen, D&B, etc.

Also, if you are going to cover a "process", then you will have to cover the various methods or techniques within this process, like when to use 2 curves for DB Vs. using shoftlight layer Vs. something else.

Overwhelming, if you want for it to be useful.

In my opinion they are the best. You can find them on the youtube.

Michael Woloszynowicz - I think he is one of the best and my favorite all the time.
Julia Kuzmenko McKim - She is very good retoucher and photographer and also my favorite.
Natalia Taffarel - You can find her everywhere
Krunoslav Stifter - One of the best D&B DVD but he has free videos also.
Pratik Naik - Limited source but he has a very very good tutorial from 2014 but not free.
Glyn Dewis - free videos and he is awesome. I found him when I was amateur and his videos raised me a new level.
Calvin Hollywood - He is German but he has english tutorials also.
Gabor Richter - I'm not sure but mayabe only German.
