Here are 3 photos i took when i was in mexico city. They are basically the same but with different angle. I have been lightrooming trying to showcase the "sad" and "poor" feeling of the homeless people sleeping outside of a government building. You know what I am saying. I dun know it's because of the angle problem or cropping or what. I just cant feel that "feeling". Please help me out and I would love to see the result. Thx in advance.

Cropping gets rid of the architectural aspects of the picture but also eliminates those eye catching bright lights (bright does not equal gloomy and draws the eye toward the ceiling instead of your subject matter)
