Product retouching DVD

Hi,

I'm trying to improve my product photography retouching and update my workflow. Even to and over the edge to "illustration". There are vast ressources on very efficient (quick) product retouching but very little on "heavy" retouching / comps / workflow.

Maybe someone can point me to some up-to-date Ressources (Courses/DVD/..)?
