The technique is new to me, but the results are pretty great. However, Michael Woloszynowicz never quite reveals his secret. I was wondering if anyone here knows the steps he uses here. The actions obviously show in history, but the settings don't, nor the specific explanation of what is happening.

What settings you are talking about? What secret? I didn't find any. He gives you an action and a video tutorial. What else do you need? Every step is self explained in history. If action is too fast for you, set a pause for a second or two for every step.
