As I was told the eyebrows suck in my desert girl portrait I'd like to propose my first version of portrait (with the eyebrows suck) and my new version.

I'm wondering if you made it worse. Seeing the original might give me a better idea how to edit the eyebrows. Why are you reluctant to post it?

This is, roughly, how I would deal with the eyebrows. Just shape and fill in what is already there. The clam shell catchlights are distracting; I would get rid of those entirely. (The eyelashes are another story. The lashes in your edited versions look really strange to me, but that may be the look you're going for.)

You did really great work in your before and after image here https://adobe.ly/2ktoGnk. Very nice skin cleaning, great compositing and background choice.

For me in... some of your other images... the face area shown is very small because of the coverings...therefore... the eyes and brows become hyper focused upon. Your first set of brows was too fake and overly smoothed and hand drawn artificial looking... and your second brows were more real and natural... but a bit sharp and hairy. The new hairy brows together with the extreme new eye lashes made the image look too extreme for me... extreme brows and extreme lashes all fighting in a VERY VERY SMALL space. Too sharp, too bushy, too pronounced.

If you could free-transform the lashes to be less long... and removed some of the hair or bushyness/contrast in the brows that would tone down the immense hairy pop in the image. Maybe a 2 pixel gaussian blur on the brows would make them less sharp. The sharpness and the quantity and high detail of the hair in that small face area is what overwhelms me the most. Maybe softening both the lashes and brows with a selectively applied softening (using a black layer mask) would help me more...even reducing the contrast in the brow and lash areas might help. Theres too much high frequency detail in quantity of hair and harshness of hair that overwhelms it for me. If you had this retouch on a fully revealed face... that might have taken away some of the overly intenseness of it. Maybe using a very, very dark brown color... instead of "pure black" lash and brow might also reduce some of the intensity and hair frenzy in the image. Cutting back slightly on hair strand count... or softening it... or just reducing some of the quantity of it might get it back into proportion.
