Help on achieving this look??

I came across this persons portfolio and loved they way her photos looked, i was wondering whether anyonr knew how to achieve a similar look in Photoshop.

I'd say on-camera fill-flash and VSCO film.

Looks very untechnical to me. I sort of recognise the look of the first shot from one of their middle packs. Maybe a modified Astia 100f preset? (I think you'll see the look on their site)
