It looks like have some aberration colors especially in the shadows or hair

It's refreshing to see something new instead of spammers, scammers and people all round wanting results without even trying. Now, for the answer.

It's called temperature or color gel, and you put different colored gels over the lights when you shoot. Sure, it can sort-of be replicated in post, but it's a major pain, and it never looks as good as when it's out of the camera. I did spend like 10 minutes playing on your image, and this is what came put, but it's far from a proper result. It is done with curves, you were on the right track, you just need to "paint in" more lights, so turn shadows into lights left and right by masking. Color harmony is... RGB ha-ha.

You have a very nice image already, there is no need to push for such drastic direction.

I don't think so. See the notes on the linked image. Clearly done in post, not with gels.

Here is a sample edit. Duplicated the original image and Desaturated the top duplicate layer and applied color balance adding green. Adjusted with levels the contrast added layermask and brushed with soft brush with 10% opacity portions of the image to show portions of the original image below it.

Thanks, Sabrina81 for your notes. I was thinking the same, but I wasn't sure is it was painted by hand...

Ha ha, your example looks better than mine. Thanks for your time.
Is what I was asked to do.. this drastic style.
I noticed that shadows don't have uniform colors like when is used color gels and I was thinking maybe is a specific tehnique in post to get that multipple colors... ( hopping i will not paint by hand 6 photos)
But in the end, I combined your curves technique ( left and right ) and I added a lot of colors manually.

Thanks a lot for your answers, guys! :d

              I get this color with #3dlutcreator https://3dlutcreator.com/

              hsTbzkIRoak-min (1).jpg
The main thing is done by curves, background and lips with masks, and over put a green brush
