  • Could use some assistance on this one

    Was recently handed this one to see if anything could be done with it. I've tried my best, not real thrilled... care to have a go? raw0003.jpg

    Try duping the layer and applying Multiply blend mode. Then dupe the blend layer until you have the black levels you want. Then apply a curve adjustment layer to get the overall tonality you seek. Then use your spotting/healing tools of choice to get rid of dust and damage.

    Short of painting or copying in from another photograph, you're not going to be able to create detail that isn't there to begin with.

        It appears I took these “human studies” from a hotel window as I watched the locals going about their business....

        couple of weeks ago i asked about advice of how to make fire in some nice replys...however I ended up shooting the fire seperately and mixing with the model in studio...this is just a few example...still if anyone would like to see more, there is plenty more where these came...
