issues accessing videos

Hi guys,

Sorry, this is off topic but I couldn't see where else to post this

I don't know if I'm missing something here..Im trying to view retouchPRO videos but when I put my email and password in to try and purchase the video it says my email/password is not recognised. I'm entering the email address registered on on my profile and my normal login password?

Do I need to set up another account to purchase videos?

First of all, thank you for renting.

The videos are embedded from an external service I pay to host the files. Therefore it requires a separate registration.
