Join us this Tuesday as award-winning photographer Mark Fitzgerald shows us how to shoot tethered using Lightroom's builtin Tethered Capture. For those new to tethering, that's where you shoot via Lightroom using a USB cable to connect your camera and computer. This is very handy for product and tabletop photography, but also opens creative possibilities for just about any type of shooting.

And on a related subject, Lightroom doesn't offer direct scanning, but it can still greatly simplify your scanning process. Mark will share his Lightroom scanning workflow, and we'll also offer some general scanning tips.

And, of course, Mark will be answering your questions live as he works, and he'll stick around afterwards to answer any general Lightroom (or scanning) questions you may have. This is a unique opportunity for live help, unavailable anywhere else.

To fix the problem of multiple files on tethered imports. Before you start tethering click the import button (Bottom Left on the library) page then go to the top of import page and click the add button. Cancel import and start tethering.
