I'm just curious if anyone makes use of their drawing tablet's tilt functionality (if yours has it)?

Was lucky enough to get a Intuous2 graphic tablet under the tree and now can't imagine how I ever did any photo work with a mouse. Anyway, don't see anything about a tilt function. Am I missing something?

LOL...it's almost too much to remember the pressure, the brush size/type and all that to include the tilt...I've got it setup on mine, but haven't really done much with it.
Tilt is setup with the utility that comes with the tablet (at least it does with mine, a Wacom).Comment

I just bought an Aiptek graphics tablet (9x12) in the states. I decided that it was a much less expensive investment than the $860 canadian price tag for the Wacom one. Hi All, I have just bought a tablet. It's a wacom clone 1/2 price of a wacom graphire 3 & this could be my problem too cheap!!!! (& nasty???) I just got a wacom graphire4 tablet. I cant seem to see how the opacity pen presure works. I have set the dynamic setting in the brush settings but I still dont see much of a difference when using this. it seems if i press light or press hard i get the same opacity. this is also true for brush thichness...10-20-2006, 09:03 PM

Hello. I was just wondering who here uses a Wacom Tablet or something similar and who uses a mouse? I've never used a tablet because I don't really use Photoshop for a lot of drawing and figured it was more of a tool for a real artist. Any one use one of these? Can I get by with a medium or hold out for a large?
Can I use the mouse with the tablet and pen...how do you find a point on a small screen?
