Tell us more about the format: Are you renting a room full of computers for hand-on type classes? Books only? Is this an entry-level type offering? How did you decide on topics to cover?

    Curious minds want to know.

I gave my first photoshop classes!

This year we have been giving photoshop classes to supplement are slowest time of the year which is Jan - Mar. and I must say I am not sure why I haven't done this sooner.

The classes are for professional photographers, and so far I have had a very good response.

Has any one else done the same?

Is there a new version of PhotoShop around the corner?

I have pretty much abandoned my desktop computer in favor of my laptop. I have PhotoShop v6 but it only runs on OS 9, and the laptop is running OS 10.2.6.

I could run PhotoShop on the laptop in classic mode, but it's a kludge and causes all sorts of problems.

    I bought PhotoShop...

Photo Manipulation - 3 images compiled into one

Ok, here's an image I did with a two-fold purpose. First, was done for mothers day, second, was done for a class assignment. Got to love it when you can accomplish two things with one work.
Basically 3 diff. photos, compiled into one image. Only software used is Photoshop 5.5..... Scans were...

Julieanne Kost's Photoshop Quickstart CD set
    by DJ Dubovsky
OK here's another attempt to write a review.

    PhotoShop Channel Chops

This is probably one of the more 'advanced' PhotoShop books that I've come across conceptually. It's not so much a book, "for step 1, do this, step 2, do that, step 3, do this", but more so, this is what is happening behind the scenes in the program to give one a better understanding of how...

What's the oldest version of Photoshop (assuming you could run it) that you could use and do most things just as well as you can today?

Not what's the oldest you could use, I'm sure we could all eventually get the job done with 0.9. But the oldest you could use with little significant...
