TechTV's "Call for Help" program has started a weekly Photoshop tip segment using the skills of Alex Lindsay from www.dvGarage.com. If you miss the show (or don't have cable access to it), you can see the tip demonstrated in a movie file on dvGarage.com (or hit a link from the TechTV website).
