searching for a psp tutorial
Does anyone know where I can find a psp animated tutorial called Walking in the rain.I think the tutorial was created by Carols creations, been busy searching, but no luck.

However it appears you are looking for an animated rain tutorial. There is one here that you may be able to convert to PSP.

Phil mentioned a Deke McClelland tutorial video in his Photo-Based Art challenge #1, so I decided to try it out. I took a picture of a Foxglove I have blooming in my yard. Three layers of original copied. Ran the sketch effect on top layer. Overlay hard light over the second layer filtered with smudge stick and set to hard light. Background darkened with curves so much that everything but the flowers was black....06-10-2002, 03:00 PM
