what is your favorite free plugins? And if you will create a pluginswhat features would you like to be included in that filter?
What is better for you a filter or an action? Does anybody know a free vector based software? my teacher told me of SVG but I can't seem to download it at adobe... Is there also a free 3d image program? thanks for the help

I got curious, so I took a look on the web to see if I could find a free vector program. It looks like the Zoner version 3 is free. I've never tried it, and can't vouch for it.
