Nice little deconvolution sharpening plugin...
It does not seem to work too well if at all in applications other than photoshop though.

This is designed for forensics, but there must be some use for it in removing stains, etc. Give it a try and report back.

In Vitaly's wonderful tutorial on creating watercolour images, he refers to a plug-in called 'Splat' to create a paper texture from several texture images he supplies.
Is anyone aware of any free alternatives to this plug-in?
