  • Just having fun with PicPak.

It's still in beta for another week or so. Afterwards, it will cost $15. Not going to break the bank and it's pretty cool.

    Edit (9/17/2014):

Should have made this entry long ago. PicPak still still free after over a year. So far, Johnny has kept the business model for the gem to be charging for his customer paks which can be used with this program (but you can make your own too). Still play with this one from time to time; very unique at what it can do.

    Edit (10/30/2015):

Still have been a long time since a new release. Only reason for this edit is to say that Johnny has apparently used a different business model so the program, for now, is still free at at version 1.4x. Hoping Johnny will add the new features that I've requested, but we shall see.

Today's the last day to get a free license for PicPak. Just a heads up.

Well, 1.2 got released earlier today. Still free but the developer is going to release a Pro version shortly. went ahead and bough a few more packs (partly to support his project but also, because I hate extracting and why not pay $5 for someone else to do it. lol).

Re: Just having fun with PicPak.

Someone recently shared an email with me with this link. It got me to thinking about PicPak so I went to PicPak's site and noticed that the program is now updated 1.3x. Thought I would share that with you. It installed fine; now sure what was updated though but I ran it with the example (charater A) default and it seemed spiffier.
