I made this pretty extension (view attachment) for PS CS6 - CC2015 that shows current time as hexadecimal value, and uses the value as its background color.
Not only its beautiful, but can be actually useful, since you can switch to stopwatch mode and measure the time working on a project.. Can be resized to fit your workspace.
