I'm learning Photoshop 7.
Was able to put a border on a photo yesterday. Even made it an action that worked. Then made a couple of other actions to add a canvas, border the canvas and add text on the canvas.
The border won't work today. Even tried to do it manually, no luck.
When I try to fill the selection, it only fills a little bit at a time.
What key did I lean on and mess up?
